Maine & Vermont Waterfalls
I was fortunate enough to visit some Vermont waterfalls in the summer of 2005 and Maine waterfalls in 2006.
While Maine isn't generally known for great waterfalls, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the falls. The area around Bethel, Maine is especially nice.
Below are the waterfalls in Maine and Vermont that I visited. Each waterfall page will have detailed information (when available) and pictures. The detailed information includes my own personal rating, GPS location, topographic maps, hike detail, and specific waterfall photo tips.
Oh, and how to get there of course.
As a more visual reference for the waterfall listings above, here are interactive maps of all the waterfalls for each state. Click in the map to interact and get details. I love this tool!

By far the best website is Waterfalls of the Northeast United States. Great pictures and information on a huge number of waterfalls in Maine, Vermont, and other nearby states.
Geology.com has an interactive map of waterfalls in Maine, and
an interactive map of waterfalls in Vermont and New Hampshire.
If you think your site deserves a listing, give me a buzz.
