Apple Orchard Falls

This waterfall is about a 150 ft drop and is not really near any town. The trailhead is found at mile marker 79.0 on the Blue Ridge Parkway at the Sunset Field overlook. The hike is about 1.5 miles one way with a rather severe elevation loss, the hard part is coming back up. The waterfall can be disappointing in low flow like the end of summer.
